What you sell: the player, never content

IB Player Pro is a media player only. Resellers sell access to the IB Player Pro app — never channels, playlists or IPTV subscriptions — and must not sell playlists together with it.

What exactly do I sell?

You sell access to the IB Player Pro media player app — 12 Months or Lifetime. IB Player Pro does not include any channels, playlists or content, and resellers must never sell playlists or content with it. Your customers add their own playlist from a provider of their choice.

How much does a credit cost?

Contact us on WhatsApp for credit pricing (minimum 10 credits). The more credits you buy, the better the price.

How many credits does an activation use?

12 Months uses 1 credit and Lifetime uses 2 credits for a device on a free trial, with an expired plan or that never paid. 12 Months always starts on the day you activate.

Can I activate a device that already has a plan?

A device with Lifetime can’t be activated again — nothing is charged. A device with 12 Months running can’t get 12 Months again, but you can move it to Lifetime: 1 credit within 7 days of its activation, or 2 credits after that. The dashboard shows the exact price before you confirm.

What do I need from my customer?

Only the MAC address shown in IB Player Pro (on the first screen of the TV apps, or in Settings › Account). You never need their email or password.

What if the device has not opened the app yet?

The device must open IB Player Pro once first: that registers its MAC address. Until then the dashboard tells you the device isn’t registered yet and no credits are used.

I activated the wrong MAC address — what now?

Activations are final and credits can’t be refunded, so always check the MAC address with your customer before you confirm — the dashboard shows the device type, last activity and current plan first. If something went wrong, contact us on WhatsApp.

Does my customer need to update the app?

No. Every IB Player Pro app checks its plan with our server, so the activation reaches the device by itself — usually within a minute.
