Reseller Terms
Who these terms are for
These terms apply to businesses and individuals approved by ZonePay Ltd to resell IB Player Pro activations ("resellers"). They add to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. By signing in to the reseller panel you accept them.
What you sell
IB Player Pro is a media player only. As a reseller you sell access to the IB Player Pro player app — nothing else. You must not sell, bundle, advertise or include playlists, channels, IPTV subscriptions or any other content together with IB Player Pro, and you must not suggest that IB Player Pro provides content. Customers add their own playlists from a provider of their choice and are responsible for having the right to watch them.
Credits
Activations are paid with credits that you buy from us in advance. By default 12 Months costs 1 credit and Lifetime costs 2 credits; the current values are shown in your panel. Credits are prepaid, are not money, cannot be transferred to another reseller and are not refundable except where the law requires it. We may change credit prices and the credits needed per plan for future purchases and activations.
Activating devices
You activate a device with its MAC address. The device must have opened IB Player Pro at least once (that registers its MAC address); a MAC address that is not registered cannot be activated. The plan is added to the account the device uses: its linked email account if there is one, otherwise the device’s own account. A device on a free trial, with an expired plan or that never paid can get 12 Months (starting on the day of activation) or Lifetime at the credit prices shown in your panel.
Devices that already have a plan
A device that already has Lifetime cannot be activated again, and no credits are used. A device with a paid 12 Months running cannot get 12 Months again, but it can be upgraded to Lifetime: within 7 days of the start of its current 12 months the upgrade costs the difference (1 credit by default), after that it costs the full Lifetime price (2 credits by default). The exact price is shown in your panel before you confirm.
Activations are final
Always check the MAC address with your customer before you activate it. Activations are final: you cannot undo them and credits used for an activation are not refunded. In exceptional cases (for example a technical error on our side) we may reverse an activation at our discretion.
Your customers
You are responsible for your own prices, sales, invoices, taxes and customer support. You must give your customers accurate information about IB Player Pro, including that it is a media player that does not include content, and you must not collect their passwords. The IB Player Pro Refund Policy and Terms of Service apply to the plans you activate.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for activations made with your account. We may suspend or close a reseller account — for example for misuse, for selling content with IB Player Pro, for chargebacks or for misleading customers. Plans already activated stay active unless they were obtained by fraud.
Data
We store your details, your credit history and every activation (MAC address, plan, date and the account that received the plan) as described in our Privacy Policy. In your panel you only see masked customer email addresses.
