IB Player Pro is a media player only. We do not sell, provide or include any playlists, channels or content. You are solely responsible for the playlists you add and must have the legal right to watch them.

Who we are

IB Player Pro (the iPhone app and ibplayerpro.pro) is owned and operated by ZonePay Ltd ("we", "us"). ZonePay Ltd is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. Contact: support@ibplayerpro.pro.

We do not sell playlists or content

IB Player Pro is a media player only. We do not sell, provide or include any playlists, channels or other content. You accept this disclaimer when you create an account, sign in and add a playlist.

Information we collect

Account: your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure one-way hash). Subscription: your plan, trial dates and payment records. Playlists you add in the app or on this website: name, server address or link, username and password, expiry date and any file you upload — saved to your account so they work on every device you sign in to. Devices: the sign-ins to your account and when they were last used. Support: messages you send us and, if you choose, basic app details (never passwords). Security logs: IP addresses used for sign-in protection and rate limiting.

Payments

App Store purchases are processed by Apple. Payments on this website are processed by PayPal and by NOWPayments (crypto). We never see or store your full card details.

What stays on your device

Favourites, recently watched, watch progress, downloads, hidden categories, app settings, your parental PIN and the playlist passwords saved in the iPhone Keychain stay on your device.

How we use it

To run your account and free trial, sync your playlists, provide subscriptions, send verification and password emails, answer support requests, send in-app messages about the service and keep the service secure. We do not sell your data, do not use it for advertising and do not read the content of your playlists. Our administrators can see your playlist details (server, username and password) only to help you with support and to keep the service secure.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run IB Player Pro: our web hosting and email provider, Cloudflare (security and delivery), Apple (App Store purchases), and PayPal and NOWPayments (website payments). Your playlist provider receives the requests the app makes to play your content, as with any player.

How long we keep it

While your account exists. When you delete your account (in the app: Settings › Account › Delete account), your profile, playlists, sign-ins and uploaded files are deleted. Payment records are kept as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can view and change your details in the app and in My account, delete playlists at any time and delete your account. You may ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it or to stop processing it by emailing support@ibplayerpro.pro. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

IB Player Pro is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update this page and, for important changes, tell you in the app.
